Austral Cimentos Sofala is recruiting payment managers to work in Dondo Sofala, in Mozambique

Specific responsibilities and duties

1. Fact analysis, purchase order verification and data entry
2. Research and resolve discrepancies
3. Reconciliation of supplier accounts
4. Prepare payments according to due date
5. Registration of accounting entries
6. Prepare and maintain reports (overdue balance analysis, cash flow forecast, etc.)
7. Support with monthly and annual closing
8. Support for external audits

Qualifications

1. Higher education in Accounting and Auditing
2. Minimum experience of 6 months in similar functions
3. Knowledge of accounting procedures
4. Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
5. Ability to work in a team.
6. Proactivity
7. Fluent in English
