Automobile Fleet Officer

Mission

Provide assistance to company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Follow all traffic laws,
• Drive defensively to ensure the safety of passengers,
• Map out driving routes in advance to determine the most convenient route,
• Pay attention to weather and traffic information to stay up to date with road conditions,
• Schedule regular vehicle maintenance appointments and report any issues,
• Schedule washing and care services to maintain the vehicle's internal and external cleanliness,
• Schedule periodic inspections,
• Be responsible for complying with schedules,
• Ensure that vehicles are properly equipped (tinner, vests, etc.),
• Ensure that there is a driver and vehicle available for the night shift,
• Supervise sub-contracted drivers
• Maintain a checklist of all company vehicles

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent certificate,
• Valid driver's license,
• 5 years experience as a driver,
•    Criminal record,
• Proven experience as a driver,
• Driving history without violations,
• Mastery of the English language,
• Familiarity with GPS devices,
• Knowledge of the city’s roads and neighborhoods,
• Availability to work occasionally on weekends and nights,
• Cordiality and professionalism,
